Go Red for Women Heart Health Awareness Quiz
HDL(High Density Lipoproteins)
vs
LDL (Low Density Lipoproteins)

The goal is to keep your total cholesterol level as low as possible.
Any excess cholesterol in the blood may be deposited in the arteries.
This build-up causes hardening of the arteries, causing them to become narrowed and blood flow to the heart is reduced or blocked, thus increasing your risk to coronary heart disease.
